1. Agreement to these terms

By using newfollow.shop or buying any product from it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

The site is run by NEW FOLLOW KIT ("we", "us", "our"), 212 S Washington St, Drakesville, Iowa 52552, United States. Our store runs on Shopify. These terms work together with our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, which also apply to your purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and accept these terms.

You agree to give accurate, current information at checkout, including a working email address, because that is where we deliver your files.

3. Products and delivery

Every product we sell is a digital download: templates, presets, LUTs, overlays, sound effects and design files. Nothing physical is shipped.

  • Delivery. After payment, you receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Links may expire or allow a limited number of downloads, so please save your files once downloaded.
  • Requirements. Each product page lists the software and versions the kit works with. Checking that your software meets these requirements before you buy is your responsibility.
  • Descriptions and previews. We describe each kit and its file formats as accurately as we can. Preview images and videos show example results; your results depend on your own footage, photos and settings.
  • Availability. We may change, update or stop selling any product at any time. This doesn't affect kits you have already bought.

4. Your licence to use our products

When you buy a kit, you don't buy the files themselves; you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them. The licence is for one person, or one business using it through one person.

You may:

  • Use the kit in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including monetized videos, streams, podcasts, ads, social media posts and client work.
  • Edit, recolour, resize and combine the files to make your own finished work.
  • Install the kit on the computers you personally use.

You may not:

  • Sell, share, give away, sublicense or upload the original or edited files, in whole or in part, where others can download them.
  • Include the files in another template, preset, overlay, LUT, sound or design pack, whether free or paid.
  • Claim our original, unedited files as your own creation, or claim exclusive rights in them.
  • Use the files to train or fine-tune an AI or machine-learning model.

Finished work you make with our kits, such as a video, thumbnail or stream, belongs to you. The kits themselves remain ours.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your currency is displayed at checkout. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires them.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is handled by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a price was listed in clear error, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, sales are final except in the cases described in our Return & Refund Policy, such as faulty or misdescribed files. That policy explains how to request a refund and how long it takes.

7. Product updates

If we release a revised version of a kit you bought, including a kit inside the Everything Bundle, you can get it at no extra cost by emailing us with your order number. We aren't obliged to update any kit, or to keep it working with future versions of third-party software.

8. Third-party software, fonts and trademarks

Our kits are add-ons. They don't include Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, OBS Studio, Streamlabs or any other application; you need your own licence for the software a kit uses.

Some kits link to free fonts made by other people. Those fonts aren't sold by us and are covered by their own licences, which are listed in each kit's font sheet. Please follow those licences.

All product names, logos and brands mentioned on our site, such as Adobe, YouTube and Twitch, belong to their owners. NEW FOLLOW KIT is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

9. Our intellectual property and use of the site

The kits, product images, preview videos, text and design of newfollow.shop are owned by NEW FOLLOW KIT or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the licence in section 4, these terms give you no rights in them.

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Try to get products without paying, or share download links, licence access or account access with others.
  • Copy, scrape or republish the site's content, images or previews.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
  • Make fraudulent purchases or payment disputes.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Disclaimer. Apart from the promises in these terms and our Return & Refund Policy, our products and site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that a kit will grow your channel, audience or income.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, lost footage or project files, or account penalties on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Indemnity. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products, such as sharing or reselling the files.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Termination, governing law and changes

Termination. If you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling our files, your licence to the affected kits ends immediately and you must delete them. We may also refuse future orders. Sections 4, 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply after termination.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Other. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away doesn't mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
