Shipping policy

NEW FOLLOW KIT sells digital downloads only, so nothing is shipped to you. There are no shipping fees, no customs or import duties, and no waiting for a parcel. Your files are delivered online, to customers in any country.

How and when you receive your files

Your files are usually ready within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. You get them in two places:

  1. By email. We send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout.
  2. On your order confirmation page. The page shown after checkout includes a link to your downloads.

Large kits, such as the Film Grain & Light Leak Overlays or the Everything Bundle, are big files. Download them on a stable connection, using a computer rather than a phone. Occasionally a payment is held for a security check; in that case your files arrive as soon as the payment clears.

Download links may expire after a set time or allow a limited number of downloads, to protect our files from being shared. Please download your kit soon after purchase, unzip it, and keep a backup copy on your own computer or cloud storage.

If your link has expired or reached its limit, email us with your order number and we'll send a new one.

If your files don't arrive

If you haven't received your download link within 1 hour of paying:

  1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from NEW FOLLOW KIT.
  2. Check that the email address on your order is spelled correctly.
  3. Email us with your order number, and we'll resend your link or send the files another way.

If we can't get your files to you, you're entitled to a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
